Bombshell Date Night

Bring a date and get ready to dance, laugh, and bond in a fun and flirty atmosphere! Whether you’re a seasoned pole dancer or a beginner, this exciting pole dance workshop is the perfect way to share a fun and unique experience with your special someone. You’ll learn the basics of pole dancing in a relaxed and supportive environment, while also connecting with your date through movement and laughter. During this 75 minutes workshop you will engage in fun partner drills, where you’ll help each other learn basic moves, providing a fun challenge for both of you. Then we will put it all together in a flirty routine that’s designed to make you both feel confident and connected. $50 per couple.

Combo Connection: An Aerial Hammock Series

Get ready to fly with this exciting 4-week Aerial Hammock Series! This series is all about working on one longer combo, from start to finish. Over the first three 75 minute sessions, you’ll learn this air-bound combo, step-by-step, and in the final session, you’ll fine-tune and polish it, learning how to feel through each movement and add your own flare!

**What to know before you fly:**

Be comfortable lifting your own body weight and hanging upside down.

Prior experience is recommended.

2-3 Intro/Beginner Aerial Hammock classes, or a background in Pole, Lyra, or dance, will give you a great foundation.

**What to bring and wear:**

Leggings and armpit coverage are a must!

Dramamine for those who experience motion sickness is highly recommended as we’ll be using swivel mounts throughout the series.

Don’t forget your water bottle and come ready to break a sweat!

Intro to Lollipop: 4 Week Series

Welcome to Lollipop Lyra! A 4 week series that combines the dazzling tricks of lyra mixed with the grace of pole. This dynamic apparatus offers exploration to both pole and aerial arts, all in one! Over the course of our 4 weeks you will learn essential grips, mounting techniques, and a variety of moves, tricks, and combos. We will develop vocabulary and our repertoire, while building longer sequences each week. We will take time to refine skills as well as focus on freestyle exploration.

To ensure the best experience, we recommend that participants have experience with taking Beginner Pole classes. Prior aerial experience is not required!

This series is limited to 4 participants – we will be sharing our time on the lollipop lyra.
